What is the delivery delay ?

When a purchase is made, we will do our best to deliver your package within 7-10 business days. However, delivery times depend on our carrier and we cannot guarantee a specific date.

How do I get a refund?

No return or exchange of items is accepted unless an item is defective. If the item received is defective, please contact us at service@maximeknitting.com specifying the item purchased and the defect.

 

Upon receipt of the item, we will review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the item. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price, using the original payment method. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must not have been worn, modified or washed.

Returns are not accepted, however, for health and safety reasons. You will find all legal regulations here.

I would like to change my order, is it possible?

We can modify orders already placed. Please fill out the contact form and we will be happy to assist you in making the changes. However, response times may be extended due to the number of orders, so we thank you for your patience. Please be advised that adding products to an existing order is not possible, if you want other products, we invite you to place a new order.

What materials are used?

Each product is different and you will find all the data when you select a product. Our masks have a 100% polyester double knit and a 100% polypropylene filter. The fabric is very soft to the face.

How can I wash it?

Before use, wash the mask in warm water (60 ° C) for 30 minutes with detergent. It should be washed after each use.

Why did someone receive their order before me?

The times vary depending on different factors. It depends on the availability of models and is directly linked to production and material supply issues. Finally, deadlines may also vary at the time of delivery.

The product I want is out of stock?

We currently do not accept orders for products out of stock. We cannot guarantee that we will be supplied with the fabrics necessary for the manufacture of these.
